Times are busy, as always; so they’re not really that busy, but I’ve been quiet (here anyway). I spent many years of my life never having listened to the Milk Carton Kids, but I’m awfully grateful that I’ve done it now. It’s like… magic.

Been reading an awful lot of nothing and everything.
I started (and didn’t) finish reading an article by Patricia Lockwood, whose memoir is entitled Priestdaddy. What? I thought. It turns out that said daddy is Fr Greg Lockwood, a Catholic priest in the diocese of Kansas City, Missouri–formerly Lutheran, before that atheist. I was amused also to find him described just a little disparagingly as conservative in spite of his being (rather uniquely) married.
